We focus on progressive moulds and compound moulds used for stator and rotor laminations in electric vehicle traction motors, industrial motors, household appliance motors, robotics, UAVs, and other advanced electromechanical applications.With strong in-house engineering capability, Herui supports ultra-thin electrical steel processing down to 0.1 mm, high-speed stamping requirements up to 200–300 SPM, and long-life carbide tooling solutions. In addition to complete mould manufacturing, we also provide custom non-standard precision components and inserts for motor core moulds, manufactured strictly according to customer drawings and technical specifications.For new motor projects, Herui offers early-stage support including tooling development and small-batch lamination production during prototype or pilot phases. When customers enter mass production, moulds and related technical documentation can be transferred according to agreed terms, helping reduce project risk and shorten time-to-market.Our manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced machining and inspection equipment, including Mazak and Yasda CNC machining centers, Sodick wire-EDM machines, high-precision jig grinders, and ZEISS coordinate measuring machines.
