MASAC solution is EMS company that is operating in field of R&D and manufacturing of electronic products and R&D and manufacturing of machinesR&D and manufacturing of electronic products (PCBA): We are company with strong expertise and experience in design and manufacturing of electronic products. Our team have more than 15 year's experience in production of electronic devices in automotive, medical, home appliance and lightening industry. We have capacity to assemble more than 100.000 components per h. We have implemented complete tractability system in our production with MES for traceability and Andon system for registration and monitoring of production interruptions. Our production have implementation of Kaizen and lean improvements, Problem solving methodology with Ishikawa and 5way tools, Kanban and FIFO process, IPC A610 class3, TPM (total productive maintenance).R&D and manufacturing of machines: we are automation system integrator and machine builder's company.We are company with a strong expertise and experience in design and build of various industrial engineering solutions from automation, robotics, mechatronic, electronics and software fields.We can do: automation of existing production lines, design and manufacturing of new production lines, robot integrations, custom made solutions, test stations, production monitoring systems. Mainly we work with automotive companies in Macedonia. We believe that our comparative advantage is that we can offer a complete solution, starting from research and design, over building and testing a prototype, up to delivering, installation and after sales maintenance of the final product.
