We specialize in providing parylene conformal coatings and deposition systems to protect printed circuit board in demanding environments.With our large coating chambers, we offer high production capacity and can handle large lot sizes, coating active implantable medical devices, flexible or rigid PCBs of all sizes, from very small to large.Our operations include laminar flows and ISO 5 clean rooms, along with ESD-calibrated workstations. We have developed unique masking and demasking techniques to protect even the most complex connectors.We offer both job coating services and automated production machines for CVD, PE-CVD, and ALD processes. Our systems come in three standard sizes (30L, 300L, and 600L) and can be customized to meet the specific needs of each client.We produce parylene thin films (CX PROTECT) of all types (N, C, VT, and AF4) as well as multilayer composites (CX ULTRA and CX ULTIMA) designed for the most demanding applications, significantly reducing water permeability.Our quality management system is certified according to ISO 13485 for the manufacturing service for protective coating and encapsulation solutions for medical applications by Bureau Veritas.
