Field of activity - CNC machining and assembly on a subcontracting basis in medium and large series: CNC turning, CNC milling, assembly of mechanical units. 135 employees/ERP/ISO 9001. Turnover in 2016 - EUR 8,3 million, 95% export to EU countries. Manufacturing area - 4500 m2/65 CNC machines in total: 35 - turning/turning-milling , 30 - milling centres.
Large scale high precision machining since 2015: 5-axis milling up to 6000x1500x2000 mm/Turning up to Ø2000 mm, max. turning length 1500 mm. CNC coordinate measuring machine ( CMM) from Hexagon DEA with the measuring range up to 6000x2100x1600 mm. Certified welding according to EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2 ( class EXC2)/ISO 3834-3:2005.
