Advanced Coating designs, develops and applies cold, plasma HVOF and HVLT spraying of metals, alloys, ceramics and carbides on all kinds and sizes of machine parts (up to 2 M diameter and 6 M length). Advanced Coating is also a specialist in flat and cylindrical grinding as well as super finishing and balancing of parts (up to 1524 MM diameter and 6 M length). Equipped with a full automatic spraying booth with six axes Robot, multiprocess, with three working station and a loading – unloading hopper, Advanced Coating invest constantly in the most advanced equipment. Advanced Coating offers durable solutions which have proven their effectiveness in the following fields of application: Wear resistant coating (abrasion, erosion, fretting); high temperature corrosion resistant coating; thermal barrier coating; electric insulation or conduction.
