Description
The company was established in 1989 and since then is a family owned trusted partner for Global operating companies, leading solution provider in the field of injection moulding. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. In our company portfolio we have Design and manufacture of moulds, production of thermoplastic components, pad and screen printing, ultrasonic welding and assembling. Our tool shop is equipped with the high technology equipment and with capabilities to produce moulds with maximum dimensions of 800 n 1400 mm. The machine brands used in our moulds production are Hermle, DMG, Makino, Sodik, DEA famous with their quality. We have the unique technology of laser deposition welding. In 2018 we have invested in vacuum furnace for heat treatment. The specialized R&D team is ready to support each project with knowledge and high quality standards. Used software: Simens NX, Top Solid. Our production of thermoplastic components is equipped with 55 machines in the range from 35 tons to 650 tons, mainly brands of Battenfeld and Engel. The shot weight up to 4500 gr. We have fully integrated equipment for feeding, drying, coloring. The machines are equipped with robots and the expertize in the production of robot hands and manipulation mechanics is present. In the finishing operations we have pad and screen printing, US welding and parts integration in sub-assemblies. The quality is assured in each step of the production process. Our labs are equipped with microscopes, 3D measuring machine, humidity check equipment, color spectrometer and other. The industries we are serving are: consumer goods, automotive, engineering, white households and others.
