Our company offers a wide range of products and services at a very high quality standard. Data Mecanik has the latest and most modern cutting processing technologies. The precision of the machines and the endowment with the latest generation tools allow a high level of quality for each type of parts processing.Data Mecanik has vertical CNC machining centers in 3 and 4 axes and CNC as well as conventional machines, thus being able to carry out processes of milling, turning, drilling, reaming, threading, grinding (Haas and Mazak equipment).We have CNC lathes with a maximum machining length of 762 mm and CNC centers in 3 and 4 axes with machining lengths up to 1016mm. Thus we can offer orders for large and medium series.To check these parts we use a 3D control machine - Zeiss type - machine that can check the parts with micron tolerances.Given the history of our company, we continue to produce air compressors that equip tractors, trucks or buses and spare parts for them.
