Saku Metall has 30 years of metalworking experience. AS Saku Metall was founded in 1991 and is 100% based on Estonian capital and has two main subsidiaries – AS Saku Metall Uksetehas and AS Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas. Since then, we have grown in size as well in terms of competence. In 2012, Saku Metall AS was divided into two subsidiaries – AS Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas and AS Saku Metall Uksetehas.Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas AS provides subcontracting service and specializes in manufacturing sheet metal products, mainly assemblies, according to the customer’s drawings and requirements. Having all key production processes in-house, we help manufacturers increase supply chain efficiency by reducing delivery time and quality risk.We are more than just a subcontracting factory for sheet metal products. Our production processes include development, cutting, bending, welding, painting and assembly. Thanks to our engineers knowledge and experience we can very quickly analyze, change and manufacture new configurations. Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas can develop, produce and assemble sheet metal products according to the customer requirements and we are certified according to the highest standards. We specialize up to 8 mm sheet metal, including cold-rolled, galvanized (electro-, hot-melted), stainless steel and aluminum processing. We process more than 300 tons of different sheet metals every month.In addition to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates, we also have welding for the rail industry certificates that contain very high quality requirements – EVS-EN ISO 3834:2006-2 and EN 15085-2 CL1.We have experience in HVAC, rail, elevator, energy, medical and defense industries but we are not limited by industry, we can manufacture almost any sheet metal product. About 95% of our production goes for export. Our goal is to create long-term partnerships with our customers. We strive to make our customers feel like we are their own factory outside of their own location. A personal approach has allowed us to become an important part of our customers’ supply chain and in everyday business.We are trusted by industry leaders for example – KONE, General Electric, Knorr-Bremse, ABB, Sanmina, Tavrida Electric, Airmaster and others.The production unit and office of Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas is located near Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
